Our Packaging

It is our policy to remove all play foods and tea sets from their superficial packaging and present our products in our own gourmet boxes and wrappings. Making a "bakery" only out of play foods. :)

This is our original idea. Anyone can put an item into a box, but our unique wrapping gives a more personalized and fun feel. Not only does this provide our customer with a one of a kind personal purchase, but it also helps save on shipping costs by reducing the overall package weight. All of the superficial packaging is recycled weekly.

All other products (Baby Stella, etc.) come unopened in their original packages unless stated otherwise or requested by the customer.

Product Safety

It is our policy to only deal with reputable distributors for our products. We make every attempt to research not only the distributor but our toys as well. I know with recent lead paint scares, some parents are hesitant in purchasing toys. I personally randomly test some of my own products with lead paint test kits. I recommend that every parent randomly test their children's toys as well. My children personally have at least 1 of every item in my store. I would not sell something that I wouldn't allow my own children to play with.

Customer Service

I try my best to give each customer individual customer service. I make every effort to let each customer know how much I appreciate their business. I feel very blessed that in the big world of the millions of places our customers can shop, you chose us! It's something I do not take for granted. I truly appreciate each and every customer and I am dedicated to 5 star service.

Shipping Information - Domestic & International

It is our policy to only ship USPS Priority Mail. Not only does this include tracking but it also is one of the fastest delivery methods with reasonable rates.

International Buyers:

You are responsible for your own duties and taxes that your country may impose at clearance. Please check with your customs before purchasing from me how the process works.

Whenever possible, we love to combine your shipping! Contact us if you have any trouble with combined shipping rates.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment received. Most are shipped SAME DAY! Please take the weekends into account when placing an order on the weekends. To make a Saturday shipment, payment must be received by Noon CST, otherwise the order will fall into a Monday morning shipment.

Please allow a little extra delivery time during the holiday seasons. I will always ship SAME day but that doesn't mean the post office can accommodate as quickly during peak times.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept Paypal, Personal Checks, Money Orders & Cashier's Checks for your payment.

When paying by any other method than instant Paypal, please allow time for your payment to arrive and clear. Remember that Paypal eChecks do have a clearing time as well.

Florida Sales Tax

Only residents of Florida are charged state sales tax. Hey, it's a small price to pay for living here! I am a legitimate business. We all have to pay up. ;)

Returns Process

Returns are never an easy thing for the buyer or me. I know that every case is a little different and must be treated with a different approach. I do my refunds based on exchange mostly, but in some cases (If item is no longer available), I will issue store credit. I understand your hard earned money is important to you. Should you have a need for a return, just contact me. We'll work it out.

Unless I made a mistake in the listing or your item has a manufacturing defect, the return will be processed using the following guidelines.

First, you must notify us of your intent to return within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with our mailing address for return.

Item must be returned Priority Mail at the expense of the buyer with tracking provided.

Item must be returned in it's exact shipped state including the gourmet boxes and wrappings. For non play foods, item(s) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Item must not contain any odors of smoke, pet, perfume, etc. -- If I open the box and smell these things, I will deny your return.

Your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the sale price.
